Now Hiring: Chamber Program Manager
The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce is seeking to hire a Program Manager to start in January, 2021.
The Program Manager position is in charge of all Chamber Programming, including, but not limited to: Leadership Carteret, Crystal Ball, Leadership Carteret for Educators, the Reverse Drawing, Taste of the Crystal Coast, Shop the Crystal Coast, Let It Glow!, and all Military Affairs Committee meetings and events. These include four Service Person of the Quarter recognitions, the MAC Family Fun Day, the MAC Fun Day, the parade entry for the Veterans Day Parade, and Cookies for the Troops.
Additionally, this employee maintains the Chamber’s social media feeds (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn) and the Chamber’s website.
This individual will also help other staff members in answering the phones and the doors when volunteers, Chamber members, and the public arrive. This role assists other staff members as needed, and is expected to attend all Chamber functions when they resume, including monthly board meetings, Ribbon Cuttings and Business After Hours.
