Military Affairs Events

The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee hosts events for local military personnel and their families throughout the year. Our Family Fishing Day and Fun Day at the Cape give service members the opportunity to spend time out on the beach, enjoy lunch, and take home some goodies. Our annual Cookies for the Troops cookie drive gives the community an opportunity to show their support by preparing home-baked cookies to personnel spending their holiday working.
