Business After Hours Expo 2021

Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Business Expo to be Held at Civic Center

The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce will be holding its annual Business After Hours Expo 2021 on Thursday, April 22, from 4:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. at the Crystal Coast Civic Center, 3530 Arendell St., Morehead City.

CDC and state guidelines will be followed which will allow a maximum of 250 at any one time.  Because of the guidelines, the number of Chamber member vendors will be held at a total of 44. Masks will be required by exhibitors and attendees and the floor layout will allow for six feet of social distancing between booths, but will still allow businesses an opportunity to meet, network, and exchange information with members of the public.

Julie Naegelen, Expo Coordinator, said, “We encourage our exhibitors to be creative and have some fun. Sales of products and services is permitted but not required. The floor layout enables guests to meander, mix and mingle safely, while enjoying ample food and drinks. It’s a great way to view the full spectrum of Chamber member businesses and to see what’s new and exciting in the marketplace.”

Ms. Naegelen added, “The Business Expo is basically a Business After Hours on steroids. There’s been a lot of interest this year and I think people are ready to get down to business.”

Complimentary beer and wine will be available starting at 5:00 p.m. and for this reason, no children please. The event is open to the public and there is a $5.00 admission fee.  For more information on either attending or having a booth at the event, call Julie Naegelen at 252-726-6350 or email her at julie@nccoastchamber.com
